PRIVLUKA... A COZY NEST

   The PRIVLUKA apartment is set back from a local dead end road - Put Skornice - in a private enclosure of several small buildings and two villas, but close to the road leading from Zadar to the island of Vir. The building, built in 2022, has only 2 floors and 7 apartments, several of which are also dedicated to tourist rental. Privluka Apart is on the first floor. The apartment has been luxuriously decorated with dominant blues (in harmony with the Dalmatian sky), with modern and functional Premium furniture (Croatian manufacture) and has all the facilities required for a dream vacation.

   The bridge leading to the island of Vir is 300 meters away. The road leading to the center of the village of Privlaka is also very close. Put Skornice extends into wild nature, to a beach dedicated to our dog friends. It is also a meeting point for kitesurfers. A club is located there and offers several lesson formulas, both for beginners and experienced kitesurfers. You can also opt for a day or night kayak excursion, with Kayak-Adventure Privlaka, located a few hundred meters from the apartment.

   We never tire of the view: in the foreground, wild nature, then the Adriatic Sea and, in the background, the Velebit, the largest mountain range in Croatia (170 km long, 30 km wide, two national parks, …). Looking to the left, the island of Vir and the bridge that has linked it to the mainland since 1976.

   The kitchen has a large fridge with freezer compartments, a 4-burner induction hob, a conventional oven and a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and a dishwasher. an electric kettle, an espresso machine, a toaster, a croque-monsieur, a hotdog maker, a shaker and all the crockery required for a comfortable stay. You can also opt for some grilling on the terrace thanks to a large De Longhi electric barbecue.

   In the junction space between the living room on the one hand and the bedroom and the bathroom on the other, a large wardrobe can easily accommodate the contents of your suitcases, even the fullest ones...

The bedroom has a 160 cm queen size bed and a 90 cm single bed, with high quality mattresses. In the living room, the large sofa easily converts into a second 160 cm Queen size bed.

   The bathroom has a sink, a toilet (n.b. placed 55 cm high, for the convenience of seniors and people with reduced mobility) and a walk-in shower. You will also find a state-of-the-art washing machine, an iron and ironing board, as well as a dryer and a stock of tongs for ecological drying on the terrace. A hair dryer is also available.

  For babies, the apartment has a comfortable folding bed, a changing pad, a high chair and a bottle warmer. The air conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom will ensure peaceful nights even in very hot weather.

   The apartment has two flat-screen televisions (living room and bedroom) with several hundred channels via satellite, as well as an unlimited Wi-Fi connection.

   The balcony is spacious enough and has a foldable table, four armchairs, an electrical outlet for the barbecue and a parasol.
